月息：0.9% ( 1,000元 月息 9元)

收質項目：金飾，鑽石，勞力士等名錶

簡介：本所係高雄市政府經營，是高雄市唯一一家公營當鋪，不以營利爲目的，質借利率低，以提供民衆短期資金融通及扶助經濟弱勢爲目標。
Introduction: The Chattel Mortgage Office is the only pawnshop owned and operated by Kaohsiung City Government, as a Non-profit organisation. We offer low interest rates, in order to provide quick financial solutions for people in need, especially for those from disadvantaged background.
優點：收當品之保管安全、利率低、手續簡便、可以郵政通信繳息
Benefits: Safekeeping of the collateral; low interest rates; simple procedure; interests payable by “Postal Money Orders”
收當項目：黃(白)金、鑽石、勞力士等名錶
Financeable Item: Gold/Platinum, diamond, luxury watches like Rolex.
利率計算：月息0.9% (10,000元，每月利息90元)
Monthly Interest: 0.9% (e.g. Loan of every NT$1,000 comes with interests of NT$9/month)
未滿一個月，以一個月計息
Any loan shorter than a month will be charged with one-month interest.
逾月超過5日，以 半個月計息，超過15日，以一個月計息
Any loan that’s over the first 5 days of the month, will be charged with interests for 15 days. Any loan that goes over 15 days in a month will be charged with interests for one month.
